Mobile Crane Operator Location:

Rochester, IN Pay:

$20-$25/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Operate mobile cranes to lift, move and place materials safely and efficiently Load and unload materials from trucks and transport vehicles Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational Monitor gauges and controls during operation Identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly Assist with minor equipment repairs when needed Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations What We're Looking For 2+ years of mobile crane operating experience Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and safety practices Ability to perform inspections and recognize mechanical issues Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Strong communication skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
