Job Responsibilities Shift:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, OT is only as needed Operate an overhead rail crane Load, unload, lift, and position materials Inspect loads and confirm materials are properly secured Follow hand signals and communicate with ground personnel Monitor the crane and equipment during operation Complete basic equipment inspections before use Report equipment or safety concerns to the supervisor Maintain an organized and safe operating area Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures This position does not involve operating telehandlers, forklifts, excavators, or other heavy construction equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous overhead crane, rail crane, bridge crane, or industrial material-handling experience is required, 1 year minimum Spanish speakers or Bilingual preferred, but not required Knowledge of safe lifting and material-handling practices Ability to judge distances, clearances, and load positioning Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions Reliable transportation to and from the Dayton jobsite Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A crane license or certification is not required, but relevant overhead crane operating experience is required #VHPA
