We are looking for a qualified, safety-focused NCCCO Certified Crane Operator to join our growing team. Westmore Crane & Rigging is seeking an experienced NCCCO Certified Crane Operator with a valid CDL to operate mobile cranes on a variety of job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. This position involves operating cranes for a variety of lifting projects, coordinating with riggers and customers, and ensuring every lift is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate mobile cranes on a variety of job sites. Perform crane lifts for commercial contractors, businesses, and residential customers. Follow applicable safety regulations, lift plans, and job-site procedures. Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks. Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and customers to coordinate lifts. Assist with crane setup, teardown, and securing equipment for transport. Safely transport equipment as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Travel to job sites throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area. Qualifications Current NCCCO certification for the applicable crane type. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Crane operating experience preferred. Strong commitment to safety and proper lifting procedures. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to travel to local job sites as required.
