The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning materials and equipment on construction sites or industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that operations run smoothly and safely. Duties Operate cranes to lift, move, and position loads in various construction or industrial environments. Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and other heavy equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with ground crew members to ensure proper communication and coordination during lifting operations. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance on cranes and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor Maintain accurate records of operations and report any incidents or accidents immediately. Requirements Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role involving heavy equipment operation. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with machinery. Familiarity with different types of cranes and heavy equipment Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Ability to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. Valid crane operator certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is essential. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
