Water Well Driller We are seeking an experienced Water Well Driller to construct, service, and maintain water well systems for residential and agricultural clients. In this role, you will operate and maintain advanced drilling equipment while ensuring precise well construction to deliver dependable water supplies. Candidates must have proven, hands-on experience operating water well drilling rigs. This position focuses entirely on local and regional projects, ensuring you are home every night. Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as loaders, backhoes, and water trucks Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to equipment safety procedures. Follow federal construction safety regulations and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee and coordinate site preparation activities to ensure the drill location is safely configured and optimized for well installation. Lead and manage the water well drilling process by overseeing rig setup, directing drilling progress, and independently troubleshooting advanced mechanical and operational issues on-site. Perform construction utility work including trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup to ensure efficient project completion. Drive commercial trucks and water trucks responsibly to transport equipment, materials, and personnel between job sites while complying with all traffic laws. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance on construction machinery. Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, and water trucks is preferred but training will be provided for motivated candidates. Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and equipment safety procedures is essential for maintaining a secure work environment. Ability to perform utility locating accurately to prevent damage during excavation activities. Construction experience or background in utility work enhances your ability to contribute effectively on-site. Familiarity with construction grading techniques ensures proper site leveling for well installation projects. Possess strong communication skills and a consultative approach to discuss drilling options, site conditions, and project logistics directly with residential and agricultural customers. Valid commercial truck driving license (CDL- A) or willingness to obtain one is required. $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
