Scope:
The Drill Kitter/Stager is responsible for assisting the Drill Operators by pulling necessary drill tools and loading and unloading the drill cassettes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to set up drill cassettes and remove dull bits Maintain inventory of drill bits to ensure production flow Perform incoming inspection on new and re-sharpened drill bits Perform outgoing inspection on dull drill bits being sent out for re-sharpening and complete pack of inventory Set up operation of an inspection x-ray drill machine to ensure product is aligned correctly Read and interpret tooling sheets to ensure proper tools are pulled Maintain machine use schedule for efficiency flow Correctly identify which machine jobs should be loaded to May be instructed to cross-train to drill operation and/or laser drill Follow all departmental process procedures correctly Complete all departmental documentation accurately Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to stand for the duration of shift Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills Follow all safety measures
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous PCB experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
