Open Positions Driller Helper / Entry-Level Field Support No drilling experience required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals willing to learn a skilled trade.

Responsibilities:

Assist drill operators with daily drilling operations Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment Support job site setup and cleanup Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance Follow all company safety requirements Travel to project sites as needed

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds Valid driver's license preferred Construction, farm, ranch, welding, or mechanical experience is a plus Pass a drug test Pay Starting at $20hr+; Experience Considered Operator Assistant /

Field Technician Responsibilities:

Support drill operators and field crews Monitor jobsite conditions and equipment performance Assist with maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot field issues when needed Help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction or heavy equipment experience Mechanically inclined Experience using hand and power tools Welding or fabrication experience preferred Ability to work independently and solve problems Pay Starting at $23hr+;

Experience Considered Drill Operators Responsibilities:

Operate foundation drilling equipment safely and efficiently Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance Read plans and project specifications Lead jobsite activities and maintain safety compliance Complete project documentation

Qualifications:
