Job Summary:

 The drill operator will troubleshoot mechanical, software, and process-related issues on CNC drilling and routing equipment while supporting production in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Troubleshoot mechanical, software, and process-related issues on CNC drilling and routing equipment Use coordinate systems to support machine operation Work with machine control interfaces, CAM software, file management, and basic data entry Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges Read technical documents including gerber files, blueprints, and work instructions Support work involving PCB materials and processes Perform preventative maintenance Stand for a full shift Lift up to 50 pounds Work overtime when needed

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with coordinate systems Strong computer skills Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Strong mathematical skills including geometry and basic algebra
