Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an exceptionally organized, efficient, and people-oriented Water Well Drilling Manager to oversee our daily drilling operations and field crews. In this role, your primary focus will be managing personnel, scheduling, and ensuring maximum operational efficiency .While you do not need to be a certified mechanic or a water water driller, you must be mechanically inclined with a strong background overseeing heavy equipment maintenance repair and fleet operations. Prior experience in the water well drilling industry is a plus but not required; candidates with extensive experience managing teams around heavy civil equipment, excavation, or heavy machinery are highly encouraged to apply.
