Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and remodeling, demonstrating proficiency in residential projects. This role involves transforming spaces through renovation, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various remodeling tasks. Fabricate custom components as needed for specific remodeling projects. Manage construction site activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed. Execute door hanging tasks, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Build structures according to design specifications, including framing carpentry. Install flooring materials with precision, ensuring a seamless finish. Work with drywall installation and finishing techniques to create smooth surfaces for painting or decoration. Assist with basic electrical work as required by project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields is preferred. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools commonly used in the industry. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is a plus. Ability to fabricate components based on project requirements. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. Experience in door hanging, flooring installation, drywall work, electrical tasks, and frame carpentry is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow project plans accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
