In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying caulking, sealing, and waterproofing materials to ensure the integrity and durability of various building projects. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality results on commercial, residential, and remodeling projects. Duties Apply caulking, sealing, and waterproofing materials accurately following blueprint specifications and technical drawings Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to complete installation tasks Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and remodeling blueprints to determine project requirements Install building materials such as drywall, stucco, tile masonry, fixtures, doors, gutters, and other related components Conduct construction inspection and quality checks to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate tasks like plumbing, electrical work, and fixture installation for seamless project execution Qualifications Proven experience in caulking, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup is a plus Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, gutter installation, and tile masonry is highly desirable Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and following detailed blueprints accurately Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders safely, and perform dimensional measurements with precision Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality workmanship on remodeling projects Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills Join us as an Experienced Caulker to bring your craftsmanship to life while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.
