- At least 2 years of experience with positive references
- Ability to work independently, or on a team, as needed
- Professional appearance, organizational and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Must have self-discipline with an "on-time", and "ready to work" attitude
- Ability to multi-task with strict deadlines
- Must have his/her own basic tools Duties include:
- Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
- Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate fixture (e.g. spackle)
- Ability to use paint sprayer in specific areas (e.g. ceiling grids, walls, trim)
- Tape off areas as needed
- Clean up area, equipment including brushes, rollers, etc.
