Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience with positive references
• Ability to work independently, or on a team, as needed
• Professional appearance, organizational and communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have self-discipline with an "on-time", and "ready to work" attitude
• Ability to multi-task with strict deadlines
• Must have his/her own basic tools Duties include:
• Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
• Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate fixture (e.g. spackle)
• Ability to use paint sprayer in specific areas (e.g. ceiling grids, walls, trim)
• Tape off areas as needed
• Clean up area, equipment including brushes, rollers, etc.

Compensation is to be determined by experience and satisfaction of the above criteria
