Job Description

Residential Construction Finisher Rotelle Studio(e) Pottstown, PA 19465 Job Description Rotelle Studio(e), a regional new home construction company is seeking a hard-working finisher to join our team.

Job Summary:

The construction finisher/punch out person will usually work indoors on residential construction sites, often in collaboration with other carpenters and construction professionals.

Skills:

Good eye for detail, making sure our homes are delivered without flaw. Able to communicate and work with our subcontractors and customers. Organized, dependable and efficient. Knowledge of residential construction.

Duties:

Finisher/Punch out person should be proficient with basic construction tools. Finisher/Punch out person should be comfortable doing paint touch ups. Finisher/Punch out person should have experience with drywall work. Finisher/Punch out person should know how to perform basic trim work. Able to lift 30+/- pounds. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
