Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywaller to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall surfaces across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help create smooth, durable wall surfaces that meet high-quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new builds to renovation sites, contributing to the transformation of spaces with precision and craftsmanship. Duties Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to construction plans and schematics. Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine drywall placement and specifications. Apply drywall mudding, taping, texturing, and finishing techniques to achieve seamless surfaces. Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, fasten, and secure drywall materials. Perform drywall repairs and restoration work, including water damage remediation and mold remediation. Install metal stud framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and fixture installation as needed. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and adhere to safety protocol standards at all times. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation, repair, or finishing. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings related to construction plans. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and safety regulations within the industry. Hands-on experience with drywall mudding, taping, texturing, plastering, and stucco applications. Knowledge of framing techniques including metal stud framing and masonry work is a plus. Experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of safety protocols is essential. Additional skills such as flooring installation, painting (including airless spray), caulking, remodeling, or handyman experience are advantageous.
