Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electrician Helper to support our electrical team in various installation and maintenance projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the electrical trade. The Electrician Helper will assist licensed electricians with essential tasks to ensure efficient and safe project completion, adhering to all safety standards and electrical codes. Responsibilities Assist electricians with electrical work, including wiring and conduit bending to support various electrical installations. Support the setup and teardown of electrical systems, ensuring proper handling of tools and materials. Follow electrical safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Help ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and other relevant safety regulations. Carry out tasks as directed by licensed electricians, including preparing work sites and handling basic electrical components. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and maintained. Requirements Basic understanding of electrical work, wiring, and conduit bending is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently, including NFPA 70 compliance standards. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to assist team members effectively. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in electrical or construction-related roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
