Job Description

Teach adult education students entry-level skills in construction electricity. Courses emphasize job safety, electrical theory, electrical calculations, work ethic, proper tool use and exposure to professional opportunities within the trade. Focus is on residential installations, followed by commercial and industrial installations and includes electrical theory, safety/OSHA job-site regulations, commercial/industrial wiring methods, circuit loading calculations, hand & power tool usage, service entrance installation/calculations, and introduction to electric motors/controllers. This position is part-time following the school year calendar.

Effective:

Immediately Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in the electrical field.
