Immediate opening Strategic Partner Solutions is hiring an experienced Electrical Helper for a commercial electrical and lighting project in Blacksburg, Virginia. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with solid hands-on electrical experience who understands commercial jobsites, knows common electrical materials, and can work productively under the direction of a lead electrician. The initial assignment is short term, but additional projects are upcoming. Reliable workers who perform well may be considered for continued work as projects become available. Responsibilities Assist with commercial electrical and lighting installations Install, remove, and replace light fixtures and related components Pull and route wire Assist with basic electrical connections and terminations Use hand and power tools safely Follow jobsite instructions and maintain productivity Keep the work area clean and organized Follow all required safety procedures Requirements At least 2 years of electrical or commercial lighting experience preferred Working knowledge of common electrical tools and materials Must have basic electrical hand tools Reliable transportation to the Blacksburg jobsite Dependable attendance and professional work habits Ability to work safely and follow the direction of a lead electrician Available to start quickly Apply Today Qualified applicants will be contacted promptly.
