Experienced Electrician - LEL Electric LEL Electric is looking for an experienced electrician to join our growing team. We are looking for more than someone who can just complete an electrical job. The Person We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who: Takes pride in their workmanship and pays attention to the details Is honest, dependable, and shows up ready to work Can be trusted to work independently without constant supervision Works well with others and is willing to help the team when needed Treats customers, coworkers, and other contractors with professionalism and respect Understands that the quality of the work matters just as much as getting the job done Takes safety seriously Is able to troubleshoot problems and figure out solutions Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn and improve Keeps their work area clean and takes care of their tools and equipment Requirements Minimum 5 years of electrical experience Experience working with both residential and commercial electrical systems Valid driver's license Must have your own hand tools Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must take pride in quality workmanship and following safety practices Job Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine the proper solution Install and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical equipment Perform electrical upgrades and new installations Read and understand electrical plans and job requirements Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate with customers and explain work when needed Complete work efficiently while maintaining LEL Electric's standards for quality and safety What Matters Most to Us We want someone who does the right thing even when nobody is watching.
