In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems within industrial and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of complex electrical equipment, including high-voltage wiring and industrial electrical systems. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts. Conduct diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify electrical faults or inefficiencies. Perform maintenance on commercial electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code). Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously during all tasks to prevent accidents or hazards on construction sites or manufacturing facilities. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for wiring, conduit bending, installation, and repairs. Collaborate with team members on renovation projects or new construction sites to ensure timely completion of electrical work. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems. Proven experience with commercial electrical systems and construction site environments. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance, NEC standards, and local electrical codes. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Experience working with high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage control systems. Familiarity with renovation projects, construction experience, or handyman skills is a plus.
