Permanent Lighting Installer — Prime Property Care (Hughson, CA) Overview Prime Property Care is a growing exterior services company serving homeowners across Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties. We're expanding our permanent roofline lighting division (Govee and TruLight systems) and need an experienced installer who can hit the ground running. This isn't an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with real blue-collar experience who's comfortable on ladders and rooflines, works clean, and takes pride in an install that looks perfect from the street. Electrical or low-voltage experience is a big plus. Start at $22

•28/hr. Prove you can run installs solo and you move up to Lead Installer, earning a percentage of every job. Our leads average $400

Schedule:

Full-time, [Mon-Fri / days], occasional Saturdays during peak season Responsibilities Install permanent LED roofline lighting systems (Govee and TruLight) on residential and commercial properties Measure rooflines and confirm layout, linear footage, and controller/power placement before install Mount and cut track/channel clean and straight along fascia, soffit, and trim Run and conceal wiring, connect controllers and power supplies, and handle low-voltage connections Test full system function and walk the customer through the app and controls Troubleshoot and repair existing installs (dead sections, connectivity, controller issues) Take before/after photos and complete job notes in our scheduling software Keep the truck, tools, and materials organized and job sites spotless Represent the company professionally with homeowners Skills & Requirements 2+ years in a hands-on trade (electrical, low-voltage, roofing, gutters, solar, holiday lighting, construction, or similar) Electrical or low-voltage wiring experience strongly preferred Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooflines, including 2-story homes Extreme attention to detail. Straight lines, hidden wires, clean cuts. Sloppy doesn't fly here. Able to read a roofline and plan an install without hand-holding Basic troubleshooting skills for LED systems, controllers, and Wi-Fi/app setup Reliable, on time, and able to work independently or with a crew Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Central Valley heat Smartphone proficiency (scheduling app, photos, job notes) Nice to Have Prior permanent or holiday lighting install experience Govee, TruLight, or similar system experience
