The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn and develop valuable technical skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism, reliability, and providing exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install various television models and security cameras, including those requiring access to crawl spaces and attics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools, such as Phillips head screwdrivers.
• Adhere to daily procedures and exhibit a willingness to learn rapidly.
• Utilize cordless drills and basic power tools.
• Document customer interactions, keeping track of physical inventory.
• Maintain dependability, punctuality, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn a skilled trade.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
• Ability to safely ascend and operate on two-story ladders.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Proficiency in following daily procedures and demonstrating quick learning abilities.
• Proficiency in using cordless drills and basic power tools.
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Exceptional empathy, patience, and communication style tailored to diverse customer needs under pressure.
• Willingness to mentor peers, share knowledge, and collaborate on goals.

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until the job is completed (occasional Saturdays, not Sundays).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• No smoking or visible face tattoos, as we operate in clients' homes and businesses.

Compensation:

• Starting salary of $20 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience (to be discussed during the interview).
