Job Overview:

Innovative Electric & Communications Inc is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join our growing team for projects throughout the OC & Los Angeles Area. Our crews perform electrical installations and remodel work at Whole Foods Market locations, including installing new dedicated circuits for TVs, refrigeration equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, kiosks, and other store upgrades. We are looking for self-motivated electricians who can work independently, produce high-quality work, and represent our company professionally.

Primary Responsibilities:

Install new dedicated 120V and 208V branch circuits.

• Install, bend, and run EMT conduit for commercial electrical systems.
• Install junction boxes, receptacles, disconnects, and associated wiring.
• Install power for TVs, refrigeration equipment, commercial appliances, kiosks, and other electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Troubleshoot existing electrical systems and identify power sources.
• Perform electrical modifications and reroute existing circuits when required.
• Test and verify completed installations.
• Complete project documentation and submit required photos.
• Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and company safety policies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience.

• Must be proficient at bending and installing EMT conduit.
• Retail remodel experience is required (Whole Foods, grocery, retail, or similar occupied commercial environments preferred).
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience installing branch circuits, MC cable, commercial devices, and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• California ET Card preferred.
• Journeyman Electricians are encouraged to apply. Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Must provide standard electrician hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working from ladders and lifts.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work day or night shifts based on project schedules.
