Job Description

Bullseye Electric is looking for an experienced Colorado-licensed Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We are a small, locally owned electrical contractor serving Summit County. Our work is primarily high-end custom residential construction, remodels, service and troubleshooting, with opportunities for commercial work depending on license and experience. We care deeply about the quality of our work and the reputation we've built with homeowners, builders and other trades. We're looking for someone who shares those standards and wants to become a trusted, long-term member of our team. This is a strong fit for someone who wants responsibility and ownership—not simply a list of tasks to complete. What we're looking for Current Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license Strong residential electrical experience; custom-home experience preferred Ability to read plans, lay out work and complete projects independently Ability to take ownership of projects and run jobsites with limited supervision Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to anticipate material and project needs and keep work moving efficiently Ability to lead, teach and work alongside apprentices High standards for workmanship and attention to detail Dependable, punctual and accountable Professional, respectful and collaborative jobsite conduct is essential. Bullseye electricians regularly work directly with homeowners, builders, inspectors and other trades and are expected to represent the company accordingly. Able to communicate and work well with homeowners, builders, inspectors, other trades and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What you'll do You'll work on a variety of electrical projects throughout Summit County and beyond, including custom homes, remodels, service and troubleshooting, panel and service work, modern electrical systems and occasional commercial projects. Depending on your experience and license, you'll have opportunities to take responsibility for projects, coordinate work in the field, lead apprentices and work directly with contractors and clients. We don't expect one person to know everything. We do expect our electricians to think, communicate, take pride in their work and take responsibility for getting the job done right. What Bullseye offers $35-$50/hour , based on license, experience, technical ability, and level of responsibility. Top-end compensation is intended for an experienced electrician capable of independently running projects, leading apprentices, coordinating with contractors and clients, and taking ownership of work from start to finish. Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
