Do you thrive on chasing down a stubborn fault—electrical or mechanical—and restoring a line to full speed? Can you read a schematic, meter a circuit from 24V to 480V three-phase, and make a safe, clean repair? Are you as comfortable with a torque wrench and grease gun as you are with a multimeter and megger? Do you naturally organize your work, communicate clearly, and move with urgency when production is at stake? What you'll do Diagnose electro-mechanical problems on production equipment and supporting systems. Strip down malfunctioning assemblies, pinpoint failure modes, and install repaired or new parts. Carry out scheduled PM on machines, facility systems, and building components. Inspect, clean, lubricate, and fine-tune bearings, shafts, gears, and other moving parts. Troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical gear—transformers, machine wiring, controls, and electronic devices. Install and service process piping, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic equipment. Repair or replace valves, gauges, pressure regulators, and related devices. Respond quickly to breakdowns to get machines back online with minimal downtime. Spot potential maintenance risks, communicate promptly, and implement corrective actions. Plan your tasks and complete maintenance safely and within set timelines. Must-haves Working knowledge of 24V-480V systems and three-phase power. Ability to read and apply electrical drawings/schematics. Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, meggers). Confidence using power tools such as drills, grinders, and reciprocating saws. Strong mechanical aptitude and broad hand-tool familiarity. Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and act fast during downtime events. Self-motivated; takes initiative when an issue surfaces. Dependable teammate with clear written and verbal communication. Organized, methodical, and quick to learn new processes/equipment. Positive outlook and desire to deepen technical expertise. Willing to work occasional extended hours and some weekends as needed.
