Position Summary The Skilled Electrical Installer performs electrical installation and assembly work in support of the project. The position requires verifiable electrical experience, careful workmanship, knowledge of safe electrical practices, and the ability to follow drawings, specifications, and site direction. This role does not authorize work beyond the individual's qualifications or any licensing requirements that apply to the assigned scope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and assemble electrical components, cable tray, conduit supports, raceways, wiring pathways, panels, devices, and related equipment as assigned.
• Read and follow electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Measure, route, secure, label, and organize electrical materials and components accurately.
• Use electrical hand tools, power tools, meters, and testing equipment only when qualified and authorized.
• Inspect installations for alignment, secure fastening, labeling, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify conflicts, damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or installation discrepancies and report them immediately.
• Coordinate with mechanical installers, material handlers, project leadership, and other trades.
• Follow all electrical safety, lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment, and site-access procedures. Minimum Qualifications
• Verifiable industrial, commercial, data-center, construction, or electrical installation experience is required.
• Working knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, tools, and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, layouts, measurements, labels, and written work instructions.
• Ability to produce accurate, organized work and communicate installation concerns clearly.
• Any license, certification, or registration legally required for the assigned scope must be current and valid.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Physical and Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push, pull, and work in varied positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with team assistance for heavier materials.
• Ability to safely use ladders or approved elevated work platforms when trained and required.
• Manual dexterity and visual ability sufficient for accurate installation, labeling, and tool use.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment, including safety footwear, eye protection, gloves, and other task-specific protection. Schedule and Attendance Expectations
• Report on time and remain available for the full assigned shift.
• Schedule will be confirmed by the site; overtime, weekends, or adjusted hours may be required based on project needs.
• Maintain reliable attendance and notify the appropriate supervisor promptly of any emergency or unavoidable absence.

From $30.00 per hour
