Job DescriptionThe O&M Technician supports the Power Services division by performing corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities across multiple solar plants. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing electrical, mechanical, and communication systems that directly impact plant performance, safety, and reliability.

Success in this role means ensuring solar facilities operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime, all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. QualificationsWhat You BringYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Successful candidates typically bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical industryMinnesota Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master required)High School Diploma or equivalentStrong knowledge of electrical hazards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsExperience with fiber optics, networking, and communication systemsFamiliarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred experience with DAS, SCADA, thermal imaging, solar commissioning, IV curve tracing, and heavy equipment operationValid driver's license with a safe driving history and ability to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as neededAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAdditional InformationPay RangeWe believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range:
$40-$65/hr plus per diem and incentive opportunities.
