Your Daily Workflow:

Our CSR team books your calls; dedicated dispatch sends you out. Troubleshoot, present honest options, build the digital work order, and you're done. No lead hunting. No chasing heavy installs. Just run the call and communicate effectively.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of electrical experience (minimum 1 year in residential service). Comfortable running service calls independently and building genuine customer trust. A professional who knows that solving a problem starts with asking great questions, not giving high-pressure sales pitches. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass standard background/drug checks. Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily (take-home vehicle provided after a brief training/onboarding period).
