Justin Electric, based in Lincolnville Maine is currently searching for a Maine licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to add to our staff. We are a small, thriving electrical service company serving the Mid-Coast Maine area since 2015, including islands. We sell and install mini-split and ducted heat pumps and standby generators as well as provide general electrical work for both residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
Valid Maine Journeyman or Master Electrician license with clean record
Clean driving record with valid Maine driver's license
Reliable daily transportation to and from work.
As part of our team you will: Install, inspect and repair/replace electrical components including service equipment and circuit breakers, with the ability to perform electrical tests, read results, diagnose and repair electrical problems Use hand and power tools, some industry specific Adhere to state and local building regulations and be familiar with electrical code Have the ability to identify wires and electrical parts accurately Complete and submit work orders on time Create lists of materials needed and place orders Create records of materials used Read and follow an ever evolving job schedule Follow safety protocols
Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
Be responsible for company owned vehicle
Supervise Electrical Helper as assigned
Be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds on job sites, including up stairs and ladders
Must be able to climb ladders, navigate roofs, basements, crawlspaces and attics.
Must be comfortable riding by boat, ferry and occasionally plane to island work.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Paid major holidays and 80 hours vacation annually after six month probationary period. Mini-split/ducted heat pump and standby generator installation and repair experience a plus.
