Journeyman Electrician License, Valid Driving License The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical professional, executing high-quality residential and commercial electrical projects across the region. This position provides the independence to solve complex wiring challenges while growing with a dedicated, family-owned business. How You Will Make an Impact Perform precise residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and system upgrades. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical schematics, and project specifications accurately. Execute daily field tasks in compliance with local regulations and National Electrical Code standards. Troubleshoot complex wiring, control circuits, and power distribution systems on active jobsites. Maintain complete jobsite safety by applying proper lockout/tagout procedures and protective gear. Mentor junior apprentices and coordinate team tasks to ensure efficient project completion. Represent the organization with professionalism, delivering top-tier service to every client. Required Qualifications & Experience Active Journeyman Electrician License. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical field installations. Proven experience executing complex residential or commercial electrical projects. Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced technical background in commercial power, lighting systems, and controls. Demonstrated history of supervising or guiding apprentices on active jobsites. Strong diagnostic abilities for rapid fault finding in dynamic electrical setups. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 to $50 per hour with overtime potential.
