Full-Time Job Description TrueRock Materials is looking for a dependable, hardworking Industrial Electrician with at least two years of electrical experience to join our team. This position will involve a combination of light residential electrical work, light industrial wiring, and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting around asphalt plants, rock crushers, conveyors, and other heavy industrial equipment.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The right candidate will be willing to obtain any required certifications, training, and applicable licenses as needed. Responsibilities Perform light residential and industrial electrical wiring and installations. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical problems. Assist with electrical maintenance and repairs on asphalt plants and crushing equipment. Work on electric motors, control panels, starters, and other industrial electrical components. Install and maintain conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment. Follow all electrical safety procedures and applicable codes. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Travel to job sites and work at various plant locations as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and safety practices. Willingness to learn industrial electrical systems and equipment. Willingness to obtain required certifications, training, and applicable licensing over time. Ability to work around heavy equipment and in outdoor industrial environments. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial equipment, electric motors, and motor controls. Familiarity with asphalt plants, rock crushers, conveyors, and aggregate processing equipment. Experience bending and installing conduit and pulling wire. Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and troubleshooting control circuits.
