Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team, dedicated to maintaining and installing electrical systems across diverse environments. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings, ensuring adherence to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts. Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions. Perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely on construction sites or renovation projects while following strict electrical safety procedures. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations; document findings thoroughly. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete electrical wiring, installation, or repair tasks efficiently. -

Duties:

Running EMT pipe to locations for an elevator shaft. -

Requirements:

High-visibility gear and hard hat required. Collaborate with project teams to plan electrical layouts for new constructions or renovations involving frame carpentry or handyman work as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician in industrial and commercial environments with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with electrical blueprint reading is essential. Knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) compliance requirements. Skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Experience working on high-voltage wiring projects safely within construction sites or renovation settings. Ability to interpret local electrical codes and apply them effectively during installation or repairs. Strong hand tool proficiency along with power tools necessary for electrical work; experience with low voltage systems is a plus. Construction site experience combined with renovation skills including framing carpentry or handyman tasks is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues in industrial or commercial electrical systems. Pay:
