• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in residential homes
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring systems
• Code Compliance
• Ensure all electrical work meets national, state, and local regulations
• Customer Engagement
• Inform customers about issues, solutions, and system performance , providing recommendations for products and services to improve efficiency and safety
• Technical Expertise
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise and effective electrical work
• Service Documentation
• Use Service Titan software to track completed work, ensuring accurate records and seamless service
• Safety & Quality Assurance
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure high-quality workmanship Qualifications Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician
• Certifications
• Electrical certifications and state licensing preferred
• Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures
• Service Software
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills
• Ability to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to customers
• Attention to Detail
• Perform accurate, high-quality electrical work

• Driver's License
