In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and industrial settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from construction sites to renovation projects, utilizing your comprehensive electrical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems while adhering to strict safety procedures. Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and commercial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage circuits. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute wiring and system layouts. Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions. Follow all electrical safety procedures in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete wiring tasks efficiently on construction sites or renovation projects. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and ensure compliance with project specifications. Requirements Proven experience working as an electrician in industrial and commercial environments. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes. Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and circuit testers. Ability to work safely following all electrical safety procedures. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, power drills and other essential equipment.
