Job Description

About the Role We are seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale utility solar construction initiative. You will play a vital role in the successful deployment of renewable energy infrastructure by executing high-quality electrical installations and ensuring project efficiency. Responsibilities Execute complex wire management and electrical system installations for utility-scale PV arrays. Perform precise wire pulling, termination, and conduit assembly to meet rigorous project specifications. Ensure the integrity of underground PVC and burial systems through diligent installation practices. Maintain a proactive safety culture by strictly adhering to site-specific safety protocols and OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Collaborate with the electrical team to troubleshoot installation challenges and optimize workflow. Demonstrate technical leadership by modeling best practices and supporting team members in achieving project milestones. Qualifications Required Skills Active New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License. Proven experience with medium-voltage electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement site safety plans. Proficiency in utilizing standard electrical hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Preferred Skills Previous experience in utility-grade solar or renewable energy construction. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on field-based electrical troubleshooting. Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
