Job Description
Electrician - Industrial Cianbro United States, York, Glens Falls Sep 03, 2026 Perform all phases of electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection to support the safe and reliable operation of industrial and commercial facilities. Responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems, interpreting construction drawings and wiring diagrams, and maintaining a wide range of electrical equipment and controls. Utilize strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver quality work while meeting project safety, schedule, and performance requirements. Job Responsibilities Performs all phases of installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical and instrumentation systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities.
Installs, repairs and maintains electrical motors, complex electronic devices, control panels, relays, conduit, and switches ensuring proper electrical operation of generators and transformers.
Interprets electrical construction blueprints.
Uses meter and motor testing equipment.
Ability to understand control schematics.
Ability to read and understand installation instructions and wiring diagrams for basic equipment.
Qualifications/Requirements Willing to travel the Southern England region.
State of Maine Electrician's License - Journey level is required, but a Master level is preferred.
Completed electrical apprenticeship program.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
Experience working with:
Voltage levels up to 4,160.
VFD / DC
drives.
PLC's.
Troubleshooting non-working circuits.
AC/DC Motor Maintenance.
Motor Control Centers.
Conveyor systems.

The compensation range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00 and is exclusive of any other benefit and/or bonus.
