This is not an entry-level role . You will be responsible for leading installs from start to finish, managing your crew, and ensuring high-quality, code-compliant work on every job. If you're someone who works efficiently, takes pride in clean installs, and can lead without constant supervision, this is a strong long-term opportunity. Responsibilities Lead residential standby generator installations from start to finish Perform electrical tie-ins, panel work, and system setup Supervise and coordinate crew members on-site Ensure all work is clean, organized, and code-compliant Communicate professionally with homeowners Requirements Strong electrical experience (residential or light commercial) Ability to lead a crew and work independently Detail-oriented with clean workmanship Valid driver's license (required) Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field Preferred (Not Required) Generator installation experience Gas line experience Electrical license Work Schedule Monday to Friday 40+ hours per week Overtime available Work Location On the road (Columbus, OH area) Growth Opportunity We are a rapidly growing company.
