We are looking for a Journeyman Electrician certified/licensed in Pennsylvania or Delaware to join our team and take a hands-on leadership role in electrical construction projects. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who can read plans, lead crews, coordinate with other trades, troubleshoot field issues, and take ownership of electrical work from installation through completion. What You'll Do
  • Complete electrical construction work on commercial and multifamily building projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise electrical personnel and site activities.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor crew productivity and performance.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality, code compliance, and project specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot common electrical and job-site problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Coordinate electrical work with the General Contractor, project architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Manage electrical materials, tools, equipment, and job-site resources.
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and craftsmanship.
  • Provide leadership and accountability for electrical work performed on site.
  • Communicate project needs, progress, issues, and scheduling requirements effectively.
  • Assist with customer and client relations when needed.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional job site.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes, project requirements, and company safety standards.
What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced electrician who combines strong technical skills with leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Required:
  • Current Journeyman Electrician license/certification in Pennsylvania or Delaware.
  • Demonstrated experience performing commercial electrical construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and construction documents.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate electrical personnel.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage materials, equipment, and job-site resources.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with General Contractors and other trades.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and production.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
Preferred:
  • Multifamily construction experience.
  • Large-scale commercial construction experience.
  • Experience working on multi-building or multi-unit projects.
  • Experience coordinating electrical work with architects, engineers, General Contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Previous electrical crew leadership or foreman experience.
