Parra Electric is a locally owned electrical contractor with over 25 years in business, serving residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a reliable Electrical Helper with at least 2 year of hands-on electrical experience to support our electricians in the field. This position is ideal for someone who already has basic field experience and is looking to grow within the electrical trade. Experience as a handyman or in multi-trade maintenance roles does not meet the requirement of one year of hands-on electrical experience. Direct electrical field experience is required. Responsibilities Assist electricians on residential and commercial job sites Pull wire, install outlets, switches, lighting, and basic devices Support panel work and rough/finish installations Read and follow basic plans and instructions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Load/unload materials and tools Requirements Minimum 2 year of electrical field experience (REQUIRED) Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential service work and/or commercial projects Familiarity with NEC basics Has hand tools Pay & Benefits Based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunity for advancement within the company Hands-on training and skill development

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
