Job Description

$10,000 SIGN
ON BONUS
Job Scope:
Recondition and repair aggregate equipment and components. Perform sequence of repairs assigned and diagnostic inspections as directed. Operate overhead crane, forklift, and other tools to relocate and service aggregate equipment. Perform work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Installation:
Set up new electrical wiring, conduits, control panels, transformers, and high-voltage systems
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose malfunctions in complex machinery, motors, servo drives, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
System Maintenance & Repair:
Troubleshoot and fix electrical faults in production machinery, high-voltage equipment, and automated assembly lines.
Automation & Programming:
Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to prevent costly facility downtime.
Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical schematics, electrical blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow strict safety rules and adhere to national, state, and local electrical codes
Secondary Duties:
Maintain an overall safe work environment Keep work area clean Drive company vehicles wen needed Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to precisely and accurately collect and record measurements Display attention to detail Ability to use and read calipers and micrometers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivation to continually improve
Experience Requirements:
Master Electrician License required Hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical background
Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
Work takes place outside subject to weather or in service shop. Work is in a loud to moderately loud environment. Individual must be prepared to work in hot or cold temperatures. Individual may be exposed to fumes or chemicals. Personal protective equipment, such as steel toe boots, safety goggles, and ear plugs/muffs, is required in the shop.
