Job Description

Electrical Crew Leader - New Construction Trim We're looking for an experienced Electrical Crew Leader to lead a trim crew on residential and commercial new construction projects. Responsibilities

Lead and manage an electrical trim crew
Complete high-quality trim work on residential and commercial construction projects
Install and oversee the installation of switches, outlets, lighting, devices, panels, and other final electrical components
Read blueprints and ensure work is completed according to plans and code
Maintain productivity, quality, and job site safety
Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with supervisors Requirements
Previous experience as an Electrical Crew Leader or Lead Electrician preferred
Strong experience with new construction trim
Ability to read blueprints
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
