Job Description
- Lead and manage an electrical trim crew
- Complete high-quality trim work on residential and commercial construction projects
- Install and oversee the installation of switches, outlets, lighting, devices, panels, and other final electrical components
- Read blueprints and ensure work is completed according to plans and code
- Maintain productivity, quality, and job site safety
- Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with supervisors Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Crew Leader or Lead Electrician preferred
- Strong experience with new construction trim
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
