Pecos/Monahans/Odessa/Midland/Fort Stockton Competitive Hourly Rate:

$20- $26 per hour Manufacturing, Warehouse, Construction, Landscaping, or laborer experience preferred, but not required. We are hiring multiple laborers for a upcoming deployment in the West Texas region. What You'll Do:

Conduct field work in compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) applicable regulations, encourage good employee safety practices, participate in employee safety culture. Maintains all company supplied equipment, facilities and tooling Adheres to strict security protocols to protect operations from physical and other threats and follows PPE guidelines. Motivated and able to stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in industry. Collaborate with the operations team to optimize uptime and equipment performance. Maintain a clean an organized work environment within the facilities dispatched to.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Work performed in industrial data center/mining facility environments with exposure to loud noise, high-heat environments, air particulates from equipment and facility operations, and varying/extreme weather conditions. Regular physical effort, including lifting over 50 pounds, may be required

• May require weekends, nights, or on-call work as a regular part of the job

• Majority of work on-site; office environments may also be included
