Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Electrician to lead BESS electrical projects within East to Central Texas. As a Licensed Master Electrician, you will oversee installation, ensuring all work complies with local building codes, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and NFPA 70 standards. Your expertise will drive safety, efficiency, and quality on every project, from renovation to new construction. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical teams on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient installation of electrical systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and building codes. Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics for accurate installation and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial electrical systems. Oversee the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 standards and local electrical codes. Review construction blueprints for electrical drafting accuracy, verifying specifications align with project requirements before execution. Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures, including proper handling of power tools, hand tools, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and clients, and supervise team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout each phase of the project. Requirements Valid Texas Master Electrician license with current certification. Extensive experience working as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local building codes related to electrical installations. Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Demonstrated expertise in installing complex electrical systems including high voltage, low voltage, industrial electrical systems, and renovation projects. Ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety procedures and quality standards. Familiarity with construction site protocols, blueprint review processes for electrical drafting, and adherence to electrical safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting electrical issues on-site.
