- $36.00-40.00 per hour(based on experience and certifications)
- $2,500 Annual License-retention bonus(UT & WY)
- $3.00/hr Wyoming deployment bonus
- Performance-based bonus structure(5-10% of base)
- PTO and Holidays

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and/or retrofitting, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems associated with LED lighting, EV Charging Systems, and building controls. This role requires some travel.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, retrofit, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and controls at commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities. Act as lead electrician in ensuring all installations meet safety standards and comply with local codes and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lighting systems and controls. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality workmanship.Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician license in Utah & Wyoming Proven experience as a responsible and dependable employee Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to work independently AND as part of a team Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to various client locations within our service territory How toApply:
