In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of settings. Your expertise will ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction and renovations to ongoing maintenance, utilizing your extensive electrical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver top-quality results. What you'll be doing Depending on your background — and where you want to grow — you'll run work on one or both sides of our business. Residential and commercial electricians are both encouraged to apply. High-end residential Rough-in and trim-out on custom and luxury homes where the finish detail actually gets looked at Installing, terminating, and commissioning complex lighting and control systems — dimming, scene and keypad control, low-voltage controls, tunable and architectural lighting, motorized shades, and smart-home integration Precise layout: straight, level, consistent, and coordinated with cabinetry, tile, millwork, and ceiling details Coordinating with designers, lighting reps, homeowners, and low-voltage/AV partners so every device lands where the design says it lands Commercial Running large scopes with real duration on site — service and distribution, feeders, panels, conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), cable tray, branch circuitry, lighting and controls Working from plan sets, specs, submittals, and RFIs, and keeping pace with the GC's schedule and milestone dates Hitting budgeted hours — tracking our labor against the estimate, flagging problems early, and keeping material waste down Coordinating with other trades, attending schedule and coordination meetings, and keeping your area inspection-ready Skills Proven experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings with a strong understanding of local electrical codes (NEC) and NFPA 70 standards. Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems including high-voltage wiring and industrial control panels. Skilled in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints for precise installation or repair tasks. Proficient in electrical diagnostics using voltmeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other testing tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently within tight deadlines. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects; capable of performing framing carpentry or handyman tasks if required. Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Excellent hand tool skills along with experience operating power tools safely on various projects. Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow detailed instructions accurately.
