A Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred, and you must have experience working on electrical service jobs in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings.

An ability and desire to work with and train apprentices and helpers on an active jobsite. The primary responsibilities for this position are:
Stay updated and read the job schedule, scope, and documents laid out by the project and/or service manager and customer.
Ensure you have the proper materials and tools to perform the work at each job safely prior to the scheduled date/time.
Working with both the management team and apprentices, working safely and efficiently at all times.
Communicating work progress/changes with the customer, office and/or manager.
Create and provide timely work orders to support accurate and timely invoicing to the customer.

Paid Time off after 90 days: 40 hours (1 week) of PTO after 90 days, 40 hours (1 week) of PTO issued on the 1-year anniversary of employment; 80 hours (two weeks) of PTO will be issued each year on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year anniversaries of employment; 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO will be issued on the 5th year anniversary of employment and all subsequent years to follow.

Compensation:
Starting pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Typical range is $40 - $50/hour, and is negotiable.
Hours of Work:
Hours of work for this position typically range from 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday but can vary based on the need to complete a project in process.
Very little work is typically required off-hours or on weekends, but when needed, overtime rates will apply.

Generally, our service and project areas encompass the greater Dane and Sauk county areas, and surrounding communities.
