Qualified applicants will have:

Experience with window and door estimates Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction and architectural drawings and specifications Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Field experience (measuring / installing) a plus

Job Requirements:

Meet face-to-face with customers Prepare detailed take-offs and estimates in a timely manner Compute cost factors when preparing estimates Manage and coordinate change order requests Obtain pricing from out-source vendors when applicable Communicate effectively regarding acknowledgment dates and on-time delivery Strong written documentation skills and solid computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets to analyze data
