A growing restoration and reconstruction company in Los Angeles is hiring an Inside Estimator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced restoration estimator OR property insurance adjuster who knows Xactimate, understands property damage, and wants a role where approximately 90% of the estimating work is done from the office.

Who We're Looking For Restoration Estimators:

You have experience estimating property damage and understand restoration and reconstruction. You're confident in Xactimate and know how to build thorough, defensible estimates.

Insurance Adjusters:

You understand property claims, damage assessment, scopes of loss, building components, and the insurance process. This is an opportunity to bring that expertise to the contractor side. Qualifications Xactimate experience is required 3+ years of Xactimate estimating, adjusting, restoration, reconstruction Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction Knowledge of water, fire, smoke, mold, and other property losses Understanding of insurance estimates, scopes, and supplements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills Must be able to work from the Beverly Hills office every day

• 85K salary , based on experience Growing restoration and reconstruction operation Work with Project Managers, production teams, homeowners, and insurance professionals Opportunity to use your Xactimate and property-claims expertise every day What You'll Do Write detailed Xactimate estimates for water, fire, smoke, mold, and other property losses Develop scopes for mitigation, remediation, demolition, and reconstruction Review insurance estimates and identify missing or overlooked work Prepare supplements for hidden damage, code requirements, and scope changes Estimate reconstruction including drywall, framing, flooring, cabinets, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and more Review photos, measurements, moisture documentation, and field notes to develop accurate scopes Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, homeowners, and insurance adjusters Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and profitability•
