Quality and customer service oriented individuals only. Experience installing and repairing residential roofs required. Should have sales experience and be willing to be trained and follow company policies. Communicate well and follow up with clients. Estimator will Inspect and Diagnose roof leaks on residential homes and occassionally small commercial roof applications. Recommend repairs, maintenance or replacement depending on roof condition. Sell roof repairs and maintenance. Provide repair estimates and professional recommendations for residential homeowners on repairing concrete and clay tile, composition shingle, wood shake and various low slope roof systems. Provide estimates for dry-rot repair on fascia's, eaves, decking, etc. Should be sufficiently experienced in roofing practices and installation with a minimum of 5 years working experience so that you can properly track and diagnose leaks on all roof types and flashing systems to make the proper recommendation on the first site visit. Appointments may include removal of tile at leak areas including valleys, tile pan, roof vents, etc. and reinstallation at Repair calls. Requires using a ladder to access roofs. Accessing attic at times. Tracking leaks in common composition shingles issues such as step walls, skylights, chimneys or improper installation. Measureing portions of roofs, gutters, fascias, valleys, etc. Must be able to communicate clearly and articulate work needed through in person quotes, emails and telephone calls. Must work well with a team in office and with field staff and show respect and courtesy to both HQR staff and clients at all times. No smoking in company vehicles, in or on company or customer property.

Compensation:

Health benefits, 401k, paid vacation, bonuses and commission, life insurance available. Pay and benefits package varies between $70k-150k+ depending on experience, performance and skill level. Highly qualified individuals receive company truck and $1000 signing bonus after 90 days. Management and growth opportunities Available to well qualified candidates.
